          Already got a working license of Foreigner, but accidentally lost and want to remade a new working license.  

           1．The company letters of application: Original (explaining the reason, and need to be stamped by company)

           2．The personal letters of application: Original (with applicant's signature)

           3．Passport Photos: *1 (2 inch size)
