Foreigners should be required by the employer, engaged in technical, management, or lack of appropriate candidates requires special skills, and the foreigners can not  violate the relevant laws and regulations in China.

1. Healthy, suffering from mental disorder, leprosy, AIDS, venereal diseases, open tuberculosis and other infectious diseases, as well asduring labor contract period can not be suffered from heavy disease;

2. Have a legal labor contract  in China

3. Have professional skills and corresponding qualifications, more than two years working experience

4. No criminal record

5. Have a valid passport or other international travel credentials can replace passport

6. Men generally 18 to 60 years old; Women generally 18 to 55 years old
